Right here, in the Skin2Glow webshop at skin2glow.com. Skin2Glow is an authorized SkinCeuticals retailer in Vienna and delivers to Austria, Germany, Slovenia and Croatia. The range includes vitamin C serums (C E Ferulic, Phloretin CF and Silymarin CF), hydrating serums (Hydrating B5 and H.A. Intensifier Multi-Glycan), the peptide serum P-TIOX and sunscreen. You will find current prices and availability on each product page, and delivery times and costs in the answers below and in our shipping policy.

To Austria, Germany, Slovenia and Croatia. A few products are only sold in Slovenia and Croatia, so the range can differ slightly depending on the country you shop from. If your country is not on the list, write to us and we will see what we can do.

€4.49 within Austria and €13.50 to Germany, Slovenia and Croatia. Shipping is free on every order over €95. The exact amount shows at checkout before you pay.

Shipping policy

We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. After dispatch, parcels arrive in 1 to 3 working days in Austria, 2 to 6 in Germany and Slovenia, and 3 to 6 in Croatia. From order to delivery that is 2 to 5 working days in Austria, 3 to 8 in Germany and Slovenia, and 4 to 8 in Croatia. As soon as the parcel leaves us you get an email with the tracking number and a link to follow it. Around public holidays and sale periods it can take a little longer.

Shipping policy

Every order over €95 ships free. Over €100 we add a free tester, and over €200 you pick a free gift. The bar in your bag shows how far you are from the next step.

Payment is handled by Shopify's checkout, and we never see your card details.

Write to office@skin2glow.com with your order number as soon as you can. We can change or cancel an order until it has left the studio. Once it has shipped, the 14-day return applies.

You have 14 days after delivery. The product has to be unopened, sealed and in its original packaging, because opened skincare cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. Start the return from your account or by email, and send the parcel to Sieveringer Straße 9/11, 1190 Vienna. Return shipping is paid by you. The full text is in our returns policy.

We check the return when it arrives and refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may need a few more days to show it. If nothing has arrived after 15 working days, write to us.

Write to office@skin2glow.com straight away with your order number and photos of the product and the packaging. We sort it out.

Yes. Skin2Glow is an authorized SkinCeuticals retailer in Vienna. We buy through the official SkinCeuticals distribution, and every bottle is sealed and batch-traceable. It is the same stock Nataša uses in the studio. Read more about where the products come from on our Authenticity page.

We stock in small batches, so popular products sell through now and then. Click "Notify me when it's back" on the product page and we email you the moment it is back, before it sells out again.

Closed, cool and out of direct sunlight, a bathroom shelf away from the shower is fine. Vitamin C serums like C E Ferulic are best kept tightly closed. The open-jar symbol on the packaging tells you how many months a product keeps once opened.

C E Ferulic is a morning antioxidant serum with vitamin C. P-TIOX is a peptide serum for the look of expression lines and skin texture. Collagen Pro-Solution is designed to improve the look of firmness, smoothness and hydration. Which one suits you depends on your skin's needs and your current routine.

Help choosing

C E Ferulic is an antioxidant serum with 15% pure vitamin C, 1% vitamin E and 0.5% ferulic acid. It helps soften the look of fine lines and improve the skin's radiance.

C E Ferulic 30 ml

In the morning, apply 4 to 5 drops to clean, dry skin on the face, neck and chest, before your other skincare. Finish your routine with sunscreen.

Yes. C E Ferulic gives antioxidant care but does not replace a sunscreen. In the morning, apply sunscreen after your skincare, following the directions on its pack.

Ultra Facial UV Defense SPF 50+

Yes, a golden or amber tint can be normal. Colour alone is not a reliable sign of how well it works. Follow the expiry date and the directions on the pack; if the condition of the product worries you, get in touch.

Yes. The manufacturer recommends C E Ferulic for dry, normal, combination, sensitive and dehydrated skin. Apply it in the morning before your moisturiser; for dry skin, follow with a moisturising cream and finish with sunscreen. Before first use, the manufacturer advises testing a small amount on a small area of skin and observing it for 24 hours before applying it to the face.

P-TIOX is a peptide serum that helps reduce the look of expression lines and improve the look of skin texture and radiance. Its key ingredients are a peptide complex, PHA, niacinamide and Laminaria extract.

P-TIOX serum 30 ml

Use twice daily, morning and evening. Apply the serum to dry facial skin. If you use C E Ferulic in the morning, apply it before P-TIOX and finish your routine with sunscreen. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse them immediately and thoroughly.

No. P-TIOX serum comes in a 30 ml bottle and P-TIOX Cream in a 48 ml pack. They are different products with different textures. When choosing, check the full name and follow the directions for that exact product.

Collagen Pro-Solution is a skincare serum with a recombinant collagen polypeptide, peptides and hydrating ingredients. It is designed to improve the look of firmness, texture and hydration and to soften the look of fine lines.

Morning and evening, apply a few drops with clean hands to clean, dry skin and press in gently. Use it after your antioxidant serum and before moisturiser. In the morning, finish your routine with sunscreen.

No. Collagen Pro-Solution is a cosmetic serum for use on the skin. It is not a food supplement and not for taking by mouth.

Every product page has a "How to use" section with the steps for that product. As a rule: cleanser first, then serums from the thinnest to the thickest texture, then moisturiser, and sunscreen as the last step in the morning.

Yes, most SkinCeuticals products are designed to work together. Each product page shows what pairs well with it. If you want to build a whole routine, ask Nataša.

Yes. SkinCeuticals pairs them in the morning routine: after cleansing, apply C E Ferulic, then P-TIOX. Add a moisturiser if you need one, and apply sunscreen as the last step.

They can be part of the same routine: C E Ferulic in the morning, retinol in the evening following its maker's directions. Use sunscreen in the morning. If you are under dermatological treatment, check the combination with your doctor.

It depends on the product, how regularly you use it and your skin. Hydration and texture usually change first, pigmentation and lines take longer. Each product page has a Results section with the results and study length for that product. Study results do not mean that everyone will see the same effect in the same time.

Introduce a new product following its directions, and test it on a small patch of skin first. Some actives, like high-strength vitamin C or retinol, can tingle at first, so start with a few applications a week. If irritation appears, stop using it; for lasting problems, see a dermatologist. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under dermatological treatment, check with your doctor before starting a new active.
