1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to the following countries:

Austria, Germany, Slovenia, and Croatia
If your country is not listed and you would like to place an order, please contact us at office@skin2glow.at.
2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within same business days (Monday to Friday).
You will receive an order confirmation email and another email with tracking information once your package has been shipped.
4. Delivery Time (Estimated)

Please note: During sales periods or public holidays, shipping may take slightly longer.
5. Carriers
We ship with Österreichische Post, DPD, GLS, DHL or Hermes depending on destination and package size.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the link provided.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping fee.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at office@skin2glow.at with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging.
